This notice explains how Binx Industries uses information submitted through the website and Binx Rewards.
Information collected
We collect your name, email address, phone number, birthday month and day, rewards activity, and any information you choose to provide directly. We do not request your birth year for the birthday reward.
Website activity
We count visits to public pages and clicks on buttons or links so we can understand which parts of the website are useful. This activity tracking does not collect names, email addresses, form answers, or the details of purchases made after leaving for another website. A temporary random session number is used to estimate visits during one browser session.
How information is used
We use this information to create and find your rewards profile, track and redeem points, provide the annual birthday reward, prevent duplicate accounts, respond to questions, improve the website, and operate the program. If you separately choose Binx Insiders emails, your email may also be used for the update categories described at signup.
Sharing and selling
Binx Industries does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to host the website, maintain business records, deliver communications you requested, prevent misuse, or comply with law. Those providers may use the information only to provide those services.
Phone and email choices
Providing a phone number for rewards does not enroll you in promotional text messages. Binx Insiders marketing emails are optional and are not required to join rewards or make a purchase. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe.
Keeping information
Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed to operate the rewards program, maintain required business records, improve the website, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your rewards profile, or change your email preferences, by contacting Binxindustries.krystal@gmail.com or calling 307-556-9950. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Children
Binx Rewards is not intended for children under 13, and Binx Industries does not knowingly collect rewards information from children under 13 through this form.
Program rules
Binx Rewards Terms
- Members earn 1 point for every $10 paid on eligible purchases and completed tattoo services, calculated in whole points.
- Ten points may be redeemed for one $5 Binx credit on an eligible purchase of at least $20 before tax and shipping.
- Only one $5 reward may be used per eligible transaction. Rewards cannot be combined with another reward or applied to a previous purchase.
- Members may receive 10 birthday points once per calendar year when a birthday month and day are on the profile.
- Tattoo deposits become eligible for points only after the related tattoo appointment is completed.
- Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be used toward a tattoo deposit, tip, tax, shipping, gift card, or cash redemption.
- Returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or errors may result in a points adjustment.
- Binx Industries may correct account errors and may change or end the program with reasonable notice. Earned rewards will be handled fairly under the terms in effect when the change is announced.
