Meet the artist

About Krystal

I’m Krystal—the artist, mother, student, and entrepreneur behind Khaos Tattooing and Binx Industries. I’ve been tattooing for six years, but it started as something much more personal: a way to cope with my own pain. Over time, that outlet became a way to help other people heal, reclaim their confidence, celebrate their stories, or simply feel more at home in their own skin. Art can be powerful as hell, and I’m proud to be part of a community that uses creativity to connect, express, and keep moving forward. I especially love breathing new life into old tattoos through touch-ups and cover-ups. There’s something pretty damn special about helping someone transform a piece they’ve outgrown—or one connected to a difficult chapter—into artwork they’re proud to wear. Outside the studio, I’m raising my children, chasing my education, building my businesses, loving on my pets, and creating whatever my mind dreams up next. When I’m not making art, you’ll probably find me fishing, mudding, or watching a certain mockumentary about three boys from a trailer park. If you know, you know.

My artistic style blends bold illustrative tattooing, folk-art character, and neo-traditional influence with a touch of beautiful chaos. I’m drawn to expressive color, strong linework, nature, unusual characters, and designs that can be playful, dark, sentimental—or all three at once. I don’t believe meaningful art has to be perfectly polished. I want each piece to feel personal, and alive. I especially enjoy creating tattoos that tell a story, along with touch-ups and cover-ups that help clients reclaim old artwork and turn it into something they’re proud to wear.
